Reservations are only valid following telephone or email confirmation.

If possible, please consider that during dinertime (from 5.00 till 10.00 pm) we are very busy and might not be able to process your reservation directly. Please use our online reservation form if that is an option for you. If not, please call between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm for more information or to make a reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!

Online reservation forms and emails sent to reservations@hotel-sonnevanck.nl are not read on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you wish to make a reservation on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday for that particular day or weekend, you should please do so by telephone on +31 (0)251-375 300.

Terms of cancellation 

In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of expected arrival the full cost of bed and breakfast will be charged.

We reserve the right to allocate the room to someone else if you have not checked in by 7.00 pm without prior notification of late arrival.

Terms of cancellation for groups

Cancellation for groups who have booked 4 rooms or more, have different cancellation policies.In the event of cancellation within 14 days of expected arrival the full cost of bed and breakfast will be charged.
